Key trends are health and natural/clean label – how can you meet these with the right ingredient choice, and how do you reformulate whilst keeping product taste, quality and shelf life?

    The course is run by Alice Pegg, Head of Food Innovation at Leatherhead. Alice has over 25 years experience in the food industry, particularly in food ingredients and product development. She will be joined by other Leatherhead and ingredient industry experts, all of whom have many years experience in their subject.
