MA	Maintenance Assistant	Leatherhead, Surrey, UK	We are looking for an Assistant to join our Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate should possess a good working knowledge of the following areas: plumbing and the operation of central heating and hot water systems, general carpentry, building construction, mechanical and electrical services and installations. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to buildings would be an advantage, as would fork lift driving experience. A flexible approach and full driving licence is required.	31 May 2012
