Bryan Urbick, CEO, Consumer Knowledge Centre
Bryan Urbick is one of the founding directors of the Consumer Knowledge Centre. Prior to setting up the business, Bryan worked in the food industry for over 10 years, responsible for both marketing and product development. He has been working with consumers for over 20 years in Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. For the last 10 years, he has been working to develop consumer research methodologies that innovate the research process and improve product success. His is the 2004 winner of the prestigious Prosper Riley Smith Award for Research Effectiveness for developing an innovative and effective research methodology. |

Viviana Albani, Market Analyst, Leatherhead Food International
Viviana Albani is a Market Analyst within the Market & Technical Services Department. She joined LFI in January of 2008 after completing a Masters degree with distinction in Food Economics and Marketing from the University of Reading. She previously worked in research projects with McKinsey&Co and local universities in Venezuela regarding the food chain; and in policy research as part of the strategic analysis team of a local council and as the Executive representative for the Venezuelan national rice producers' association. She holds a BSc in Economics. |

Paul Collins, Managing Director, GNT
Paul Collins is Managing Director of GNT, the leading manufacturer of colouring foodstuffs. He is a Graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry, Chartered Colourist and has a MBA. He has worked in the food colour industry for more than 25 years. |

René Josse, New Business Development Manager, DSM
René is a Chemical Engineer (graduated in 1971). He has occupied different positions within Vitamins Division of Roche from 1972 until 2003 then within DSM Nutritional products in Marketing, R&D and Technical support for Vitamins, Carotenoids and other Nutritional Ingredients. René is presently New Business Development Manager, especially in charge of the LC PUFAS at DSM. |

Chris Langley founded the Invig Group after 15 years developing new food brands for companies including PepsiCo International, United Biscuits & Associated British Foods. He has worked in the snacks, bakery, beverage, breakfast, biscuit & smallgoods categories in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa & Down Under. Invig is a food innovation group who specialise in health & wellness. |

Kath Veal, Business Manager Regulatory Services, Leatherhead Food International
Kath Veal is the Business Manager for the Regulatory and Technical Consultancy Services section at LFI. Kath is a Food Science graduate with previous experience in the food industry and analytical services. A qualified Trading Standards Officer with 12 years regulatory experience in practical inspection, sampling and food law enforcement. Kath has specialised in EU law since joining Leatherhead. |
