Government Chemist Conference - Safe Authentic Food: Policy & Soft Drinks International Conference

Leatherhead's Dr Wayne Morley, Head of Food Innovation, will be speaking at the first-ever Soft Drinks International Conference. The conference will embrace the full extent of content normally covered by Soft Drinks International journal, namely drinks design and development, ingredients, processing, packaging, marketing and distribution.

Themes running through the conference will include timely and topical subjects such as: Sports/Energy Beverages & Sports Nutrition, Beverage & Packaging Innovation, Clean Label & Natural Ingredients, Health & Wellness, and Sustainability & the Environment.

Wayne will be speaking in the Product Development session on 18 May, which will explore the challenges of bringing new products to market.
