Legal Labels In-Depth - The Comprehensive Guide to UK Food Labelling

    Description

This two-day modular course provides a complete overview of current UK food labelling requirements. Delegates may attend each day individually if they solely want to focus on learning the fundamentals covered on Day 1, or have an interest in more complicated aspects of labelling, such as nutrition and health claims, which are discussed on Day 2. Through an interactive approach and practical workshops, delegates will gain the ability to generate legal labels and identify potential labelling errors early in product development. The course is ideal for specifications and NPD technologists, whilst meeting the needs of those new to regulatory compliance roles as well as staff with responsibility for label generation and sign off.

NEW to 2012! The new labelling requirements of the EU food information regulation will be discussed during day 1 of the programme.
