Enquiries vary in scope depending on a company’s needs. Some common ones include the permissibility of a particular food additive in a specific food in a given market, an opinion on the use of a (health) claim on pack or on accompanying communication material, interpretation of a specific rule on food labelling, or regulatory requirements for approval of a particular (novel) food ingredient in a given market.
