Sukh is a business law graduate, and a statutorily qualified trading standards professional, having started his career as a UK regulator. A 25 year career in the public and private sectors has given Sukh a high-level understanding of business regulation, having seen both sides of the fence. Sukh’s current role brings his legal background and expertise to a client base that is a who’s who of the food industry.
Director of Sensory, Consumer & Market Insight
Cindy leads the Sensory, Consumer & Market Insight area at Leatherhead Food Research and sits on the company’s Leadership Team. The department counts over 45 team members and their expertise and activities focus around a wide variety of consumer insight studies, different sensory trained panels, the provision of trends and data, training courses, consultancy, as well as research into sensory and consumer techniques and perception.

Tony has worked at Leatherhead Food Research for over 40 years and built a reputation as an international expert in Crisis and Incident Management. He offers consultancy services on intentional contamination, food defence and crisis management.
