His past role was Director of Scientific & Technical Services, where he led a broad group of experts who offer consultancy services covering all aspects of food development, nutrition, food safety, cooking instructions, analysis, troubleshooting and quality management.

Director of Sensory, Consumer & Market Insight
Cindy leads the Sensory, Consumer & Market Insight area at Leatherhead Food Research and sits on the company’s Leadership Team. The department counts over 45 team members and their expertise and activities focus around a wide variety of consumer insight studies, different sensory trained panels, the provision of trends and data, training courses, consultancy, as well as research into sensory and consumer techniques and perception.
