Quality system imageMicrobiology at Leatherhead uses UKAS-accredited methods covering the analysis of most food matrices including dairy products, cereals, fruit and vegetables and ready-to-eat foods.  Accreditation by UKAS demonstrates the laboratory competence, impartiality and performance capability.  We are audited annually by UKAS against ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Leatherhead continually strives to attain the highest possible standards of quality and service for our customers. To that effect we have a very active internal audit schedule that works in conjunction with our voluntary independent external quality scheme run by LGC Standards Proficiency Testing for Microbiological analysis.
