As an independent food research company, we use our expertise in sensory and consumer testing to audit food retail outlets with a particular emphasis on food quality, including presentation, flavour, and texture.

Our team of auditors have all been screened on their sensory perception and descriptive capabilities.

Acting as normal customers our auditors carry out ‘mystery shopping' visits to observe first-hand what the normal customer experiences. The auditors detail their findings and can provide digital photographs of their experience. The findings can be reported with overall summaries and results traced over time to show how the outlet is performing and whether any specific trends can be observed.
