Champions of change: how you can make your products healthier

The IGD (Institute of Grocery Distribution) is running a series of free pop-up workshops to help inspire and guide companies to reformulate their products to make them healthier.
Many large companies have started to reformulate their products with great success and these workshops are designed to share how companies have adapted their products, whilst keeping their customers happy.
Co-hosted by the IGD and a leading retailer, the workshops are open to manufacturers and caterers across all categories within the food industry, including small businesses.
Leatherhead Food Research’s Silvia Peleteiro, Consumer, Sensory & Market Insights Manager, will be speaking and running a tasting session at the following workshops:
- Waitrose Conference Centre Bracknell: Tuesday 16 May 10am-3pm
- The Co-operative, Manchester: Tuesday 6 June 10am-3pm
- Morrisons, Bradford: Thursday 29 June 10am-3pm
