Food Matters Live is the UK's only cross-sector event bringing together the food and drink industry, retailers, foodservice providers, government and those working in nutrition, to enable collaboration and innovation to support a sustainable food landscape for the future.

Jenny Arthur, Head of Nutrition and Product Development will be focussing on assessing how manufacturers are working with the supply chain to reduce the calorific value of ingredients without compromising taste and texture. Catch the talk on Wednesday 21 November at 12.30pm.

Emma Gubisch, Head of Consumer and Sensory Insight will be chairing the session ‘Latest trends and patterns in consumers’ purchasing decisions and lifestyle choices’ on Wednesday 21 November at 11am.
