Food Matters Live is the UK's only cross-sector event bringing together the food and drink industry, retailers, foodservice providers, government and those working in nutrition, to enable collaboration and innovation to support a sustainable food landscape for the future.

Leatherhead’s Peter Wareing, Food Safety and Manufacturing Consultant will be delivering a presentation titled ‘Examining the food safety implications of Brexit’ on Tuesday 21 November at 15.15 in room 3.

Whilst Kathy Groves, Head of Microscopy, will be presenting on ‘Blueprinting: how to successfully reduce sugar in foods’ on Wednesday 22 November at 12.50 in room 4.
