Footprint Forum: Food authenticity in foodservice – risk & regulation

Date: 15 December, 2016

Time: 15.00 – 17.30

Location: The Soho Hotel, London, WD1

Hosted by Footprint, Leatherhead is sponsoring this foodservice afternoon event in central London.

With food crime being high on the risk list, there is a far greater impetus for foodservice companies to drill down into their supply chains. The foodservice sector is arguably more exposed than many due to the often fragmented nature of supply chains. This Footprint Forum will address the regulatory considerations and risk areas of food authenticity. Leatherhead’s Tony Hines, Head of Corporate Services & Crisis Management will speak on ‘Global supply chain vulnerabilities’ whilst Luke Murphy, Regulatory Manager will take part in the panel discussion exploring ways in which the industry can tackle food fraud and crime.
