IFST Fibre event: The rough with the smooth

Leatherhead’s Jenny Arthur, Head of Nutrition and Product Development, will be delivering a presentation on ‘The evolution of defining fibre’ and will look at the different methods of fibre analysis, the regulatory implications and the effect on calories.
