Meet the presenter
Mariko is Head of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Leatherhead Food Research and has comprehensive knowledge of food legislation in several international markets. She has 15 years of regulatory consultancy experience alongside with a project management qualification. She is fluent in Japanese and German. Mariko joined Leatherhead Food Research in April 2009 and has a bachelor’s degree in public health nutrition awarded by Oxford Brookes University.
