Meet the presenters

Agota Ditchfield is a Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Consultant at Leatherhead Food Research where currently she covers Hungary, UK and EU legislations. Agota taught A-level Biology and Chemistry before joining Leatherhead as an Analytical Chemist testing fruit and vegetables for pesticide residues. She then joined the Regulatory Department and has, since then, gained significant experience on food legislations, mentoring juniors, leading projects and presenting on training courses. More recently, Agota has been advising companies on their novel food dossier preparations. Agota has a Masters degree in Teaching Biology and Chemistry.

Mark Moss is a Senior Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Consultant at Leatherhead Food Research and advises on UK, Irish and EU food legislation. He is an experienced food regulatory professional who has worked at some of the world’s leading food and healthcare companies including: Tesco, McCormick Foods, GlaxoSmithKline, Heinz, and Suntory. He has a Masters degree in Food Law and is an expert in novel food and novel health claim application & submissions processes with hands-on practical experience in these areas.
