Chaired by Luke Murphy and delivered by Principal Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Consultant, Pretima Titoria, you will gain an insight into the dynamic interplay between regulatory and technological developments for alternative proteins.

This webinar explores the dynamic interplay between innovation and regulations in the flourishing field of alternative proteins for food and beverage applications.

Global demand for sustainable alternative proteins continues to grow, and we must address the delicate equilibrium between fostering innovation, whilst adhering to stringent regulations, ensuring food safety and maintaining transparency with consumers through comprehensive labelling and declaration.

Furthermore, we will delve into the diverse regulatory landscapes across markets for alternative proteins, including insect-derived and precision fermentation-derived proteins. For some, the lack of harmonisation in regulations can create global trade barriers - a complexity we’ll explore in detail.

Stay ahead of the curve by understanding these developments, crucial for designing compliant market entry strategies. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn and grow in the alternative proteins sector.
