Personalised nutrition is pushing the boundaries of innovation, trying to reach more consumers, and it is attracting the interest of industry and researchers alike.
Traditionally, nutrition advice has been given based on large population groups, deemed at times as vague and not resonating with the majority of consumers. Advances in nutrition have now opened the field of personalised nutrition to a more tailored approach of reaching consumers.
As this is an emerging trend, it is important to understand the regulatory hurdles that are linked to personalised nutrition. The current EU regulatory framework is somewhat fragmented when it comes to developing personalised nutrition innovations, and this webinar is meant to inform of those challenges as well as opportunities.

Meet the presenter
As a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the AfN Johanna has broad experience in nutrition, communications and scientific and regulatory affairs. She previously worked on several high-profile campaigns at the leading campaigning charity, the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation. In her previous role at Mondelez International, she worked on business-critical product change projects, adding value by leveraging her deep understanding of scientific/ regulatory affairs and consumer and sustainability trends.
Most recently Johanna lead the Health and Sustainability team at health-tech start up Spoon Guru, working with global retailers on integrating strategic business health and wellness agendas into digital life. Born in Sweden but with an international background Johanna speaks a number of languages. She is passionate about food and driving better health for people and the planet through sustainable food choices.
