Food & Drink Expo is one of five shows running under one roof at the NEC in Birmingham, promising to cover the complete food and beverage supply chain. Running alongside Foodex, The Ingredients Show, National Convenience Show and Farm Shop & Deli Show, the events aim to uncover the hottest trends, latest product launches and the industry’s vision for the future.
Leatherhead’s Kathy Groves, Head of Microscopy, will be participating in a panel discussion titled ‘Sugar rush: how the sugar debate is shaping sales’ on Monday 16 April at 3.00pm in ‘The Grocer Talking Shop Live’ theatre. From reformulation, to reduced sugar options, the Sugar Tax is transforming how the industry talks about the ‘white stuff’ and forms the basis for the panel discussion.
Leatherhead’s Luke Murphy, Regulatory Manager, will also be participating in a panel discussion titled ‘Regulating our future: What does Brexit mean for food safety?’ on Tuesday 17 April at 3.45pm in The Education Theatre.
