Vitafoods Europe brings together senior decision makers within the global nutraceutical industry. The event covers the four key industry areas; ingredients & raw materials, contract manufacturing & private label, services & equipment and branded finished products.

Leatherhead’s Jenny Arthur, Head of Nutrition and Product Development, will be delivering a presentation on ‘Sharing global insights in food and beverage’ on the 15 May at 11.00am at the New Ingredient Stage. In her talk, Jenny will focus on key ingredients that will meet the trends in the food & beverage industry over the next five years, give an overview of the technical challenges and take a look at the emerging technologies to optimise ingredient applications.

Jenny will also be chairing the protein session, consisting of three presentations:

  • The intake of specific bioactive collagen peptides improves ligaments, tendons and muscles
  • Evaluating protein options for metabolic health
  • Dietary protein, red meat and colorectal cancer risk

These take place from 2.00pm – 4.00pm on the 15 May at the Research & Development Forum 2.
